tado° wanted to expand beyond device control into subscription-based energy services inside their app. This meant exploring new value propositions without breaking a product experience that people already rely on daily. Through research, concept development, and prototyping, we designed and tested multiple subscription directions, helping the team evaluate what could feel native, useful, and scalable.
